Back on Track
Henry III is back in the garage licking his wounds and feeling very sorry for himself. The bike shop could find nothing wrong but I don't think they looked very hard. Fingers crossed that it doesn't happen again while I am in France or Switzerland.
I bought extra AA Breakdown Cover for the EU just in case.
So I spent the day packing, repacking, figuring what I can dispense with to keep the weight down and then figured that all the gear I'm carrying is still only half the weight of the BOSS, so what am I fretting about. I carried the BOSS around for 6 years and Mrs Mac never complained.
I've booked the ferry from Portsmouth to St Malo for Tuesday night. It's a night journey and you get a cabin to sleep in and then get off the boat at a civilised hour in the morning and still have all day to ride.
First stop will be Mont St Michel to take some photographs for Leonie. I found a camping ground very close by and after that I'll head south.
In the meantime, I am going to ride Henry around all weekend and see if the ignition problem crops up again.
