Mildura Houseboat Day 2
Once again I was up before the sun. The marina was so quiet and peaceful. Leonie went for a trip up to Mungo National Park and the rest of us took the boat out up river (after some intensive instructions from Skipper Chris). Frosty was nominated captain and although he allowed others to steer the boat, he had to park her. He did a seriously good job too!
We parked up for lunch and chilled out in the spa on the poop deck. Back down stream, and Leonie picked me up for a sticky around the AGM Traders stalls. I needed some new tie downs for my new seat bag and found exactly what I think I need – the big test will come on Sunday when I try to repack the bike.
That night we all headed back into town for the Forum Dinner. All the Ulysses members who chat on the website, get together once a year for a dinner to put faces to names.
